Maison Albar - L'Imperator is beautifully nestled in the city of Nîmes, a stone's throw from the emblematic and majestic arenas. This boutique hotel is an iconic address in the South of France and has previously hosted many personalities such as the writer Ernest Hemingway and the painter Pablo Picasso.

The 5* hotel features 53 rooms and 8 private houses designed by the talented Marcelo Joulia, a Franco-Argentinian architect. He wished to preserve the original character of the place by bringing a touch of modernity with the use of different materials: wood, marble and natural stone combined with magnificent shades of blue. This sumptuous interior will bring you all the peace and quiet you need for a cozy stay under the sun of Occitania.

L'Imperator also offers a unique and exceptional culinary experience from Chef Pierre Gagnaire, the emblematic face of French gastronomy. This triply-starred Chef opens you the doors of his 2-Michelin starred restaurant Duende to make you discover a delicate cuisine inspired by Hispanic traditions. Chef Pierre Gagnaire and Chef Nicolas Fontaine have been working together for many years to sublimate quality products with tenderness. Such a delicious and singular moment for gourmet lovers!
