Secuklu special meatballs

Chef Dursun Usta - Restaurant - Hôtel Selçuklu Evi

Dursun Usta, Chef at the restaurant Selçuklu Evi, in Urgup, a town in Cappadoccia, Turkey, presents us with this delicious meatball recipe.

Ingredients 

1 kg of meat
1 kg potatoes
100 gr yogurt
50 gr butter
2 tomatoes
4 green peppers

Method

Mix the meat with some spices. Form them into finger shapes, and then grill them on a barbecue.
Prepare tomatoes in thin pieces, and fry them.
In a plate first put fried potatoes, then the fried meatball and finally the yoghurt.
Garnish with tomatoes and pepper. It is ready to serve.
