Ingredients  for 4 persons

4 sea bream
300 gr sunflower seed oil
1 lemon
3 bay leaves
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
100 gr flour

Method

Marinate the sea breams in the sunflower seed oil, add the bay leaves, salt and pepper, and the soy sauce and and wait about one hour.

Cover the sea bream in flour and grill about 10 min on the barbecue.

Serve on plates and add lemon, butter and soy sauce and serve with greens.
