Ingredients

Smoked Salmon
lemon
lemon juice
avocado
olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Rocket Salad
Salt
Black pepper
onion sprouts

Method

Mix Lemon juice with avocado, pepper & salt, Add on to salmon and roll. Place rolls on top of Rocket Salad leaves. Drizzle with Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar & top with onion sprouts & lemon wedges.
