Ingredients
500 gr Kadayif
200 gr walnut
200 gr butter
For the syrup
1 kg sugar
1 litter of water
Method
Melt some butter in a tray.
Mix in the Kadayif. Cook for about half and hour in the oven. Add the syrup made from the heated water and sugar. Add the syrup and wait for about fifteen minutes before serving.
