Potato balls filled with cheese

In Titilaka, a charming boutique hotel in Peru, you can taste the dumplings stuffed potato cheese of head on the terrace at the edge of Lake Titicaca!

Potatoes are peeled, boiled and exposed to frost a few days

Ingredients for two persons

150 grs. Dad seca
½ plate of chocolate
40 grs. peanuts
50 grs. of bacon
Cinnamon
200 grs. onions
30 grs. breadcrumbs
1 egg
30 grs. flour
60 grs. panca pepper sec
100 ml chicken broth
10 grs. butter
10 grs. garlic
60 grs. cheese
150 ml oil

Preparation

Panca pepper mix. Mix the onions separately. Dampen the papa seca.

Share in both the preparation of broth, onion and panca pepper 2 / 3 and 1 / 3

In a skillet, brown the papa seca and add 2 / 3 of your preparation for the stock. Let boil a few minutes and add the peanuts, chocolate, cinnamon and grilled bacon.

Let boil. When it is ready, mix the preparation and let cool.

Make small balls mixed with the preparation and fill them with cheese. Roll the balls in the preparation of flour, the egg, the breadcrumbs. Fry the meatballs until golden.

In a saucepan boil than a third of your stock and add the butter. Please reduce.

Serve meatballs with sauce.
