From the Cancun International Airport
The transfer Cancún-Xaloc-Cancun could be Normal, VIP or by Aircraft.
The NORMAL transfer includes ground transportation from Cancun to Chiquila. Crossing to Holbox by public boat, where a taxi will be waiting for you to take you to the hotel. The transfer takes 3 hours aprox. In case you are interested in it, the hotel will need the details of your flight to organize your transfers (company and flight number, estimated arrival and departure time).
* The hotel can arrange a NORMAL transfer for your arrival just if your flight is arriving any time from 4:00am to 4:00pm.

* (VIP) If the weather is bad you would have to take the public boat for your own safety. Of course, the rate would be adjusted.
The transfer by Aircraft includes air transfer from Cancun airport to Holbox's landscape and the taxi to Xaloc. The whole transfer lasts around 30 minutes. This transfer is available just for the persons who arrive to cancun airport the same day.
