Method
Pre-heat oven 200C/ 400F
Cut pastry in 15cm squares, Melt butter & brush on pastry. Press 2 pastry squares in opposite directions into round muffin tins. Place in oven & cook for 10min.
Melt butter in frying pan - stirfry mushrooms & garlic, add cream, herbs and rest of ingredients. Simmer 5 min - Spoon into cases.
