Cocktail specially created by Seven Hotel's barman for the January 17th 2012 bloggers event.
Ingredients
1,5 centilitres Grand Marnier
1 sugar cane cube
Bitters Angostura
champagne brut Taittinger
1 lemon zest
Mixer
Pour 1,5 centilitres og Grand Marnierin a Champagne cup. Add 1 sugar cane cube soaked with some Bitters Angostura.
Water down with some champagne brut Taittinger and 1 lemon zest just squeeze over at the end.
