Ingredients

Whipping cream
Egg Yolk
Sugar
Tamarind puree Crème brûlée

Preparation

Heat the cream with half the sugar. Mix remaining sugar with egg yolks.

When the cream is on the verge of boiling add the egg yolks with the sugar and remove mixture from heat while stirring to avoid lumps. Add the tamarind puree.

Put this mixture into molds the size of your choice.
Heat the oven in a bain-marie at 150 degrees for 15 minutes.
