Tomato Dip with pepper and onions

Chef Dursun Usta - Restaurant - Hôtel Selçuklu Evi

Ingredients
 
1 Kg tomato
330 gr onions
50 gr garlic
150 gr pickled gherkins
½ bundle of sanicle
1 lemon
2 spoons pomegranate syrup
3 spoons olive oil
2 spoons paprika paste
500 gr green pepper
20 gr walnut

Method

We dice all ingredients and then filter the water. Add paprika paste, lemon, pomegranate syrup, olive oil and salt then mix it all before serve.

The Chef tip: before serve add some walnut on it.
