Ingredients

12 pieces of large scallops Fishermen dock seared scallops
1 zucchini, sliced to spaghetti size
½ carrot, sliced to spaghetti size
1 leek, sliced to spaghetti size
1 shallot, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 branch of Italian parsley, chopped
3 teaspoons of herbal tea
Juice of 1 lime
12 lavosh or thin sliced bread, baked in the oven until crispy and brown
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Method

Sautee the spaghetti vegetables with shallot and garlic, season to test, add the chopped parsley.
Present nicely on the half moon-shaped lavosh.

Heat some olive oil in the pan, season the scallops with salt and pepper, seared until brown color, finish with lime juice.

Sprinkle with herbal tea and present nicely on the sautéed vegetable.
