Breakfast
Cape Town is a city that has an exuberant nature, so you should start your day with a bowl of fresh air at the Devil's Peak in the Table Mountain Park. Take the opportunity to visit the Rhodes Memorial built in 1912 in honor of Cecil John Rhodes, influential politician of the colonial era.
The biggest advantage of this monument is its view overlooking the Hottentots Holland Mountains and especially the tea room that opens at 9 am for breakfast! You will enjoy scrambled eggs, muffins and other homemade pancakes, outdoor patio or inside near the fireplace depending on the weather. A bit of history, an astonishing view and many gourmets, you have to admit that it would be stupid to miss it.
Tips: remember to book it for the weekend!
For athletes, a hiking trail starting from the tearoom joined Kirstenbosch Gardens in a 3 hour walk.
