Ingredients for 2 persons
50 g pieces of beef sirloin Preparation Cut into 6 slices piece of sirloin and put the slices on a plastic film. Sprinkle the slices of top sirloin filing Prosciutto ham, Parmesan and pepper. Roll the strips of sirloin topped rolls for 6 and tied with a string. Place over the fresh rosemary. Oil Brush each roll with olive oil and grill 3 minutes. Serve with a salad of arugula.
