Beef involtini with parmesan, prosciutto and rosemary, served with grape, tomato & onion

Served with a salad of grapes, grapefruit, tomatoes and onions

Ingredients for 2 persons

50 g pieces of beef sirloin
30 gr ham Prosciutto (Italian ham known for its fine flavor smoke)
10 g of parmesan cheese into strips
Thin slices of a dried chilli
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
Olive oil
Rocket salad
Twine fine

Preparation

Cut into 6 slices piece of sirloin and put the slices on a plastic film.

Sprinkle the slices of top sirloin filing Prosciutto ham, Parmesan and pepper.

Roll the strips of sirloin topped rolls for 6 and tied with a string.

Place over the fresh rosemary.

Oil Brush each roll with olive oil and grill 3 minutes.

Serve with a salad of arugula.
