Luxury, Service, and Intimacy in the heart of Taipei

Les Suites Taipei Ching-Cheng is the Boutique Hotel of Taipei by excellence. With only 84 rooms, it is a private luxury hideaway and oasis of calm situated in the middle of the bustling business and financial centre of the city. Upon arrival at the hotel the small garden appears as if straight out of a dream.

The hotel decoration is very contemporary, cosy and relaxed, absolutely fashionable, and offers the best and latest high tech and top notch services. Extremely well located, Les Suites Taipei Ching Cheng is the perfect spot for business and leisure travellers seeking an outstanding service combined with the uniqueness and intimacy of a very small hotel.

Elegant, fashionable, club-chic and contemporary art

The hotel is decorated in a pure spirit of elegance and minimalism and uses a colour palette that successfully alternates greys, taupes, crimsons, and beiges. The building design and architecture is 100% hype with high ceilings and state of the art architecture that maximizes the use of space, perspectives, and natural light.

Various lounges, some more ‘home-like" with comfortable sofas, books, and magazines, others clearly "high-tech" with 21 inch iMacs, all invite guests for a relaxing timeout with a coffee, aperitif, or snack. Wherever you go, however, the atmosphere remains very clubby and intimate. The beautiful little garden and terrace is a nice spot to relax too.

The rooms are spacious and provide a high level of comfort and leading edge technological equipment (flat screen, etc). The decoration is sleek, plain, and fashionable combining Asiatic and Western influences. The wooden furniture's warm tones mix well with the beige of the fabrics. The bathrooms are luxurious and decorated with beige marble.

You can choose to stay in a Standard Room (30m²), Superior Room (35m²) with a living room and an office corner, or a Deluxe Suite (40m²) equipped with a lounge, a comfortable working desk, and a large bathroom. Finally, the Junior Suites (50m²) and the Corner Suites (60m²) are very privative with separate living areas and huge bathrooms.

Taipei's must-do's

The National Museum of Taiwan and Palace of Taipei is a landmark not to be missed: it hosts the largest collection in the world of Chinese art-work (a historical consequence).

The Taipei 101 tower is, at this time of writing, the tallest building of the world with its 511 meters high and is a monument of national pride demonstrating technological mastery of Taiwanese industry. We recommend an evening or night visit as the nocturnal views of the capital and its lights are simply amazing.

Other interesting places are the Chang Kai-Shek memorial and its park (a favourite tai-chi training spot for Taipei citizens), the Taoist temple of Paoan, and the Lungshan temple located nearby to the night market and especially beautiful at nightfall.
