If you cannot see flash animation please install flash plugin A luxury hotel, unique in the world Sited in the region of la Soufriere on the west coast of the small Caribbean island of St. Lucia, perched atop a hill overlooking the beach, is the Jade Mountain. A boutique hotel that is impressive thanks to its height, its individual bridges, its rugged stone pillars reaching towards the sky, and its amazing swimming pools ... The Jade Mountain is not just a luxury hotel by the sea. It is a magical place. The suites appear to be floating out into nature with the fourth wall entirely absent! Instead you will find an oversized private infinity pool from which to embrace breathtaking views of the Carribean. Staying at the Jade Mountain will provide a feeling of being alone in the world, in a stylish and sophisticated space, where everything is designed to provide a feeling of fullness. Feelthe height of romance at the Jade Mountain: the location is ideally suited for couples looking to disconnect from time and spend memorable moments! Airy and sophisticated suites The owner and renowned architect, Nick Troubetzkoy, fell in love with St. Lucia and imagined a hotel that would allow guests to live a unique sensory experience with extraordinary comfort and with breathtaking views. From your bed, you will be able to see the Pitons of St. Lucia, UNESCO heritage site, as well as the Caribbean Sea. The huge openings onto the outside give a sense of communion with nature and the create a feeling of floatation in space. The Jade Mountain has also been designed to produce a carefully orchestrated sensory experience: the swimming-pool water flowing off the edge of the infinity pool guides the eye from the water to the sky, from the sky to the earth, from the earth to the sun and later to the stars.
The hotel's 24 suites are called "sanctuaries" as they are designed as areas of relaxation for guests to resource themselves. Though all suites, be they "Star," "Moon", or "Sun", follow this philosophy, they are all also very unique and differerent in size, shape, color, and decoration. Even their bathroom and toilets are tailor-made. The decoration features a lot of locally handcrafted wooden furniture. But the best of the suites is their large private swimming pool with a small terrace, built into the room itself, and leading onto the outside. Tempting Experience: Chromatherapy pools and tubs Each pool has a different color: ruby red, amber, plum, or drugs with reflections of green and blue. The lights at night can adjust the colors. The color selection is not random because the Jade Mountain works on color therapy as part of their total well-being concept. The therapeutic and medicinal properties of this practice rely on the principle that a human body responds to the energy levels radiated by the different colors. Bright colors (yellow, red ...) stimulate whilst cold or pastels (blue, green ...) relax and improve sleep. So choose the color of your pool based on your energy needs! Bathrooms are an integral part of the experiece as they use the same chromatherapy technique and are in harmony with the colour of your swimming pools. So let the colours work on you wilst you enjoy the magnificent views from your jet tub. You'll feel privileged, floating as if in a dream ... memories for a lifetime! Services and activities Concerning well-being and sports You can enjoy treatements at the Kai in Heaven spa, unless you prefer them in your room ... A coach welcomes you in the gym. And why not kick of the day with Yoga class every morning? There are 2 beaches: The beach at Anse Chastanet with deckchair and beach services and the beach of Anse Mamin, north of the bay near the "Garden of Eden" rainforest with its historic ruins of one of oldest sugar plantations of the island. Water sports: you can go diving at day and night with a qualified instructor. Fins, masks, and snorkels are available. Lessons are also available on request. The boat "Another Peach on Earth" is available to take you to other diving spots. On the technology side The Jade Mountain wants to be quiet and romantic, timeless and away from the rest of the world. So there is no television, no radio, and no telephone! If you really cannot resist then you can connect to the Internet at the reception with your own laptop or with the computer which is at your disposal. You can also use the Business Center. The seabed of Anse Chastanet Recognized as a marine park, the bay of Anse Chastanet is a place where underwater fishing and destruction of coral are prohibited. The underwater fauna is outstanding. St. Lucia Scuba Club has several sites for divers to explore through thier mask: The reef of Anse Chastenet, Pinnacles, Fairyland, Superman's Flight and the Wreck of the Lesleen M.
